Myanmar Font on Android

ေအာက္ပါအတိုင္းလုပ္ၾကည့္ပါ

  1. Download Type Fresh and AndExplorer App from Android Market
  2. Type Fresh----http://www.mediafire.com/?fwjjg8wdoq6p3dp (download လုပ္ၾကည့္ပါ)
  3. AndExplorer----http://www.mediafire.com/?wtykwydmozn (download လုပ္ၾကည့္ပါ)
  4. Copy your your font file (e.g. Zawgyi.ttf) to your SDCard
  5. Click on DroidSansFallback.ttf and choose your font file (Zawgyi.ttf) from your SDCard to swap the font
  6. Click Android menu button and choose Apply Fonts and restart your Android device

    I have a samsung infuse with android 2.2 and when i follow your instructions, it says i cant mount the font. when i go to the DriodSansFallback.ttf, i do not see zawgyi.ttf, rather i see mmm.ttf, zawgyi-one-20071204.ttf and zawgyione20071230.ttf. So could you plese help me with this problem.

  4. Myanmar Font @ Your Android Phone in easy way.
    1. Download Fontomizer SP from Market and install it.
    2.Run Fontomizer SP, Click to start, Go down until Z and download Zawgyi-One.
    3.Setting, Display, Screen Display and Choose Zawgyi One TFF.
    Note - Tested with my Samsung Galaxy SII ( GTalk, GMail & FB...).

  40. For the one using Hp touchpad and on rooted android phones, u just install fontchanger in android market and put zawgyi.ttf in "fontchanger" folder using USB mode. Then go to "fontchanger" folder in file manager and change font to zawgyi. That's all.

There was one easy way to install myanmar front on samsung note and galaxy s series.That is no need to install root.You can visit to andriod market and install fontomizer sp to your device.After that download zawgyi font from fontomizer and try to install.When you finish for that go to seeting from your phone,,
    **Setting--->Applications--->Unknown sources(click to active)...
    **Setting--->Display-->Screen display-->Font style--->Zawgyi one TTF

    So now you can read myanmar font on your device.

  67. for ICS>> just replace Roboto-Regular.ttf with the one u want..of coz make sure to change the font name to Roboto-Regular.ttf b4 replace.. use root explore to replace..
    after that reboot.. just use opera browser as built in browser had some issue to display font correctly..

  81. If you want to see Myanmar Font render correctly in Galaxy S2 i9100 ICS 4.0.3, especially for Browser and Facebook, please install FireFox browser. For FaceBook, go to Facebook page, bookmark the page, then create a shortcut in home screen and link to that bookmark. For me I uninstall the facebook application and use the bookmark instead. Facebook website for mobile works very similarly to Facebook android application. For typing myanmar with myanmar keyboard, use frozen myanmar android keyboard. Can use myanmar and english at the same time. Hope help someone.

  103. LG optimus G, android verversion 4.1.2,droidsanfallback.ttf မွာ zawgyo.ttf ကို ok လုပ္ျပီး apply fontလုပ္ေတာ့ error remounting ဆိုျပီးေပါ ္လာတယ္. ဘယ္လိုတင္ရမလဲ သိတဲ့ သူမ်ားရိွရင္ေျပာျပေပးပါ။

  104. I would like to know how to do to see myanmar font in galaxy note 8. I already installed zawgyi font and can use mm font only in messaging. I tried with framaroot and superSU. But it didnt work. All fonts change to thai language.
    How should I do?
